Spring Break 2016

Hey, everyone!
I hope you're excited about our upcoming trip to St. Louis for Spring Break. I think it's going to be incredible. I want to give you a more info so you can make the most of the experience.

This trip won't be like a typical mission trip. We're going to do some work while we're there. But, our main purpose for this trip is to spend time with the Revolution Campus Ministry. This is a ministry that has a passion for reaching college students. 

Our purpose for this trip is to observe them in action and absorb their passion for reaching people with the Good News.

We're going to participate in some things that their ministry does regularly. We're going to spend time hanging out, getting to know one another. And, we're going to receive some training from them about how they do what they do.

Again, I think it's going to be incredible. I just want you to be prepared to make the most of this awesome opportunity.

Some of you have asked about what to bring. You'll need...

• Sleeping bag, pillow, sleeping pad or air mattress (not everyone will be on the floor but it's always better to be prepared)
• Towel(s)
• Money for meals while we're traveling; we'll eat out on the way there, on the way back, and possibly once while we're there
  • We're going to provide the rest of the meals
• One set of work clothes; we will attend church on Sunday morning but it will be a casual environment; Also, it's supposed to be cold!
