Hey everybody! We have a pretty full schedule of events planned at the CCSC this week. I hope that you can make it to them and hang out! 

First off, Monday at 6:30 p.m. Purpose Groups return! We'll meet at the CCSC to carpool at 6:15 p.m. Freshmen and sophomores will be going to Neil and Katie's. Juniors and seniors will be going to Craig and Jessica's. Purpose Groups are a great way to meet new people and form new bonds in a relaxing environment. 

Free meal is Wednesday at noon. Come join us at the CCSC for some delicious, and more importantly, free, food. 

Next is Midweek on Wednesday at 7 p.m. Preston Conder will lead us in a study of Luke. To start living with purpose, we need to stop separating from sinners.

Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. we will be hosting IF:Gathering at the CCSC.

At IF:Gathering 2017, we’ll look at one of the most influential generations that have ever lived — the early church. The way God moved through them was simple and pure. We believe they are the model we need right now. Our dream is that we would experience the power of God as He does big things through simple acts of faith. That we live unified, surrendered to God, not just in our minds and in our theology, but also in our daily lives. Our hope is that we would participate with the Spirit of God and see Him go forth in our generation in a most powerful way.

Sunday at 9 a.m. we will meet for college bible class and service at West Side Church of Christ, which is located at 2300 West C Street in Russellville. If you'd like to join, just let one of us know and we'd be happy to give you a ride!

Sunday at 5 p.m. are Share Groups. These are groups that include CCSC students and members of West Side. We leave from the CCSC at 4:50 p.m. to go to Share Groups. Anyone is invited, so join us if you would like to check it out.

It's good to be back at Arkansas Tech! I hope you all had a great break and if you joined us for Gulf Coast Getaway, I hope you had a great time. Here's what we have going on for the first full week of the semester. 

First off, instead of the normal Purpose Groups, we will be attending "Carry the Love" in Young Ballroom at 7 p.m. on Monday.

"It's time to go! This year we are rallying together for a powerful night of worship and missions. Students from each corner of campus are uniting as one to say to Jesus, "I'm all in!" The missions call is not just for those in the nations, but is for each one of us. It's going wherever he is calling us, whether it's our campus, our city, or the nations!"
