Because We CAn

We are are working with an organization on campus to collect toys, gift cards, clothes, books, etc. for children in foster care in Yell and Pope counties. We CANNOT ACCEPT MONEY (or checks), but gift cards are great! 

There are approximately 130 kids ranging from ages 1 to 17. These kids are in foster care and already have rough lives, and they won't receive much for Christmas unless we help. We really want to make these kids happy and collect as many gifts as we can! We can talk to businesses in the area and ask if they can donate anything, and of course, if anyone reading this would like to donate anything or knows anyone who would, we will gratefully accept! 

We can even take gift cards for food from places like Kroger or even places like Colton's, because some of these families have a hard time affording food. The DEADLINE for all of this is Tuesday, December 16. We're trying to help out as much as we can, because we really want these kids to be happy this Christmas! And we need your help to make all this happen, too! 

There will be a box located at the CCSC to drop toys off and also at West Side Church of Christ. If you want to help or have any questions feel free to email [email protected].
