The college ministry apprentice is a 2-year commitment. The apprenticeship is designed to equip, empower, and launch an individual into full-time campus ministry. The apprentice will be an integral part of the Renew Leadership Team, as well as an involved participant in the West Side Church of Christ Ministry Team. The apprenticeship is designed to provide college graduates with on-the-ground ministry training through immersion and mentorship in ministry at Arkansas Tech University. The experience also will provide many opportunities for growth in leadership, discipleship, missional living, and teaching development.
